Sample Policy
Here is the general process of sample orders:
Demand Confirmation
- Clarify requirements: Customers need to clarify the technical parameters of the sensor, quantity, delivery time and other requirements.
- Communicate the details: Confirm the details of specifications, interface, working environment, etc. with the supplier.
Sample Request
- Submit an application: The customer submits a sample application to us, describing the purpose and test plan.
- Audit application: we will evaluate the application and confirm whether our offer can meet the requirements.
Sample Preparation
- Produce or stock: We will arrange samples from stock or produce samples according to demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure samples meet technical standards.
Sample Delivery
- Logistics Arrangement: we will arrange shipment, customers need to confirm receipt once the sample arrives.
- Delivery documents: Provide technical documents, test reports, etc.
Test and Feedback
- Customer Test: Test the samples after the customer receives them.
- Feedback results: the customer will feedback the test results to the supplier, and the supplier will adjust according to the feedback.
Further Co-operation
- Bulk order: If the sample passes the test, the customer may place a bulk order.
- Technical Support: The supplier provides technical support to ensure smooth mass production.
Contracts and Agreements
