What is the difference between the standard and custom probes?

The standard probe operates at -30~200℃ and measures 4 parameters (wind speed, pressure, temperature, humidity). The custom probe extends temperature resistance to 600℃/1000℃ (for extreme industrial scenarios) and focuses on 3 core parameters (wind speed, pressure, temperature) (humidity measurement is not supported at high temperatures above 200℃).

How often should the instrument be calibrated?

For general industrial use, we recommend annual calibration. For critical applications (e.g., carbon emission monitoring) or harsh environments (high dust/high temperature), calibration every 6 months is advised. Our Data aquisition analyzer (DAQ)supports on-site calibration with standard wind tunnels, and we provide calibration certificates upon request.

What is the maximum extension length of the probe rod?

he probe rod can be customized with multi-section extension rods, with a total length of up to 10m. Teflon extension cables for humidity probes are also available (up to 10m) to reach remote measurement points.

Can the instrument connect to third-party systems?

Yes. Both our sensor and our DAQ recorder analyzer supports customizable outputs (RS485, 433MHz, 4G, analog signals, or switch signals) to integrate with SCADA, DCS, or other industrial control systems. Data can also be exported to Excel for compatibility with common data analysis software.
